Welcome to Community Manager La Plata. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Services: We provide digital marketing services, including advertising management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Local Services Ads), web development, landing pages, creative design, content creation, and consulting. The scope of services is defined in each client agreement.
Payments: All fees must be paid as stated in the invoice or subscription plan. Payments are required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not received on time.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate information, access to required accounts, and timely approvals for materials. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual Property: All content and designs created by Community Manager La Plata remain our property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables may transfer to the client, excluding licensed third-party content.
Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for indirect damages, such as loss of revenue, reputation, or data. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
Termination: Either party may terminate with written notice if terms are breached. The client is responsible for fees accrued up to the termination date.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, unless otherwise agreed with international clients.
We value your privacy. Community Manager La Plata collects personal information only to provide and improve our services. Information we may collect includes name, email address, phone number, billing details, and account access required to manage advertising campaigns.
Data Usage: Personal data is used strictly to deliver services, process payments, and communicate with clients. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
Data Security: We implement technical and organizational measures to protect client information. However, no online transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Third Parties: We may use trusted third-party providers (such as Google, Meta, or Paddle) for payment processing, advertising, or analytics. These providers have their own privacy practices, which we encourage clients to review.
Client Rights: Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us directly.
Due to the nature of digital marketing and advertising services, all payments are non-refundable once the service has started.
Exceptions: Refunds may only apply if required by law or if services were not delivered as agreed. In such cases, refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service start date.
Subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring plan, you may cancel future renewals at any time. However, fees already charged for the current period are non-refundable.
